We're at 500 S Australian Ave, Suite 634 in downtown West Palm Beach, just off Okeechobee Boulevard. Appointments run Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday noon to 5pm, and we're closed Sundays.
The Saturday slots are deliberate. Most fingerprinting requirements land on people who work weekdays, and taking a morning off simply to satisfy a screening requirement is a real cost. A standard appointment runs about fifteen minutes, so a Saturday afternoon handles it comfortably.
Booking rather than queueing is also deliberate. It means we verify your ORI on the callback, before you drive over — which is what prevents the most expensive mistake in this process. It also means nobody sits in a waiting room behind three other people.
